Nice Musana has over four years’ in program monitoring, evaluation and database management information systems in the NGO setting. He has worked on several donor funded programs notably on promoting access to curative equitable health services (HMIS), HIV/AIDs, Advocacy, human rights, youth and women empowerment majorly supported by USAID, Netherlands Ministry of foreign affairs and Ministry of Health. He is an experienced systems and software developer having developed and implemented systems in M&E information system for health center service information processing or Health Information Management System (HMIS) and Local Revenue Management Systems for local governments to manage Local Revenue Mobilization, payments and administration at town council level. He holds a Bachelor of Business Computing degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
