Two parts are visual stand-ins, not live widgets: the navigation (built from your real menu items, with working hover dropdowns) and the language selector. Rendering a second [maxmegamenu] or [google-translator] here would clash with the real one above — both bind their JavaScript to fixed element IDs. When this design is ported into the real header template they become the live widgets again.
